and the first one bounced - mailbox full. as for specter, i have very mixed feelings and don't really see myself patting him on the back. let's face it the republicans probably all met secretly and drew straws or some such shit to see which one of them would vote for the bill. they only allowed the barest minimum so that the bill would pass. such a sick party full of sick fucks who have absolutely no regard for the nation's welfare.
