now that he has decided not to prosecute Phelps. Adultery is still against the law in South Carolina, with excellent fines and other punishments. He could conduct secret searches of homes while the occupants are in their fundamentalist churches. I'm sure he would find much incriminating evidence. Further, he could conduct surprise raids in the cheapo motels and motor courts in the county, surprising the citizenry in their unlawful activity.

This would raise much-needed funds for the country in this time of economic trouble.

I posted something similar in that thread, but the thread has passed by in time. He's not going to prosecute anyone for the incident, but will be prosecuting folks who had drugs he found during the investigation. He's a dumbass.
