we've got the same old line up...the media is responsible for coddling bloviating outdated Republican dinosaurs...drumming up dirt...and ignoring that the majority of us would love to see them replaced...isnt it about time?..take note of the turmoil they create...shouldnt they be held accountable?..this is not news...its stupid people with stupid ideas that should be doing something else with their time...

1. The same MSM hated Carter, Truman & FDR.
Infact, the mainstream major media hated all Democrat presidents except JFK, whom they envied and were in awe of, and LBJ, whom they feared.

The majot medis in the U.SA., has ALWAYS been a tool of the wealthy and powerful. It has ALWAYS been the enemy of Progressivism and the common man.

3. Look how they tore Clinton to shreds and their goal is to do the same to Obama

because Obama too is a democrat, and the democrats are for the poor and the workers, how boring, but the republican are for the rich & corporations and the media talking heads are well paid and it's the rich corporations and elitist republicans who pay their salaries and offer the media whores many frills.

2. What can one expect. Republicans OWN all five major networks....
Edited on Tue Feb-17-09 01:35 AM by GreenTea
So how could anyone expect change?

Fox News - Murdoch, ABC -Disney, CBS - Viacom, NBC - General Electric, CNN - Time-Warner

All five are major contributors to the republican party and three are in the top ten of all republican contributors...All five CEO/Owners are extremely right-wing republicans.

A network news is only as progressive as it's CEO and the editors they choose.

This isn't by accident, republicans know by owning the me4dia they can lie, smear & distort the Dems message and the truth and they can get their sick elitist republican message packaged nice and neatly for their hateful selfish sheep.

The key is ownership and not letting the Dems have a chance to buy stations (most republicans around the country would rather lose revenue then see liberals buy their station). republican hate radio with over 90% of the stations are republican right-wing hate mongers.

And by your starting this thread you can certainly understand why!
