General Motors is stumped as to what to do with HUMMER. Me too. |
|
No one could have imagined that the HUMMER product line was not going to make it. (Besides Condi perhaps)

The seats would make great desk chairs and lobby furniture. The rest can be melted down for materials to use to make more responsible vehicles. I'll take a couple chairs.... :D

Just park them like a mobile home and provide bathrooms! They can feel safe in those things.

Melt them down and reuse the metal. Retrofit the parts for other SUVs and trucks. I'm sure many of the parts are interchangeable anyway. Most factory line-assembled items are.
Donate some to charities in rural areas so that the employees can go out into the community and check on their cases (in some rural communities, the terrain is such that a four-wheel drive is necessary).
I can think of a lot of uses for them!

I guess that's the only place that can afford to buy them, now ... now that there's no half-off tax incentive for buying them ...

6. Quit production of them |
|
That will keep any more of the ugly things from getting on the street, and dealers can get a financial shot in the arm by upping their prices on them since they're now collectors' items (and you can bet that some dopes will buy them based on that).

7. sell it to the chinese |
|
i`m sure they will do a great job in redesigning them into a functional military vehicle. actually the hummer would probably be a good vehicle for civilian use in the countryside and remote ares of china. with a new generation diesel engine the hummer would be the ideal vehicle.
