Prosecuting the Bush administration's criminal acts isn't quite like a speeding ticket. Getting to the absolute bottom of everything done by the Bush neocon regime would necessarily shed unwanted light on the activities and movements of the class of individuals who exert unfathomable influence on the political industry. This would affect democrats, too. Take it into the courts and somebody is going to roll over on the next bastard up the deceit chain,... then that bastard will in turn ,...... well, you get the picture.
