But, yeah, screw 'em. I sent them an email that I expect to have no response, no results of any kind. They don't give a rat's ass what you and I think. I suspect they automatically discount any correspondence that isn't completely incoherent, knowing full well that anyone bright enough to string sentences together into paragraphs isn't part of their target audience.
