Ann Coulter should shut her pretty little mouth and get back to a kitchen... |
|

You know, like conservatives thought women should back in the '50s/'60s.
And, um, I don't know, but is Ann still a virgin and saving herself for marriage like the social conservatives want? I don't know about you, but every time I look at her, it burns when I pee and I have to see the doctor.
And also, why does she even vote? If I remember correctly, conservatives back in the '20s were against changing tradition then as well, which meant that women should be second class and most importantly SILENT partners.
You see, if we listened to conservatives like Ann, she wouldn't even be out in the media, I guess she should be glad that there are progressives or "liberals" in this country. And another thing, Ann is speaking, voting and living on her own, that might be a hint that progress always wins out in the long run.

3. Right wing women always believe themselves to be exceptional |
|
They justify there writing and speaking tours and their holding of high offices on that ground. Regular ordinary women should stay home, have babies and obey their husbands. They however, are extraordinary women to whom the rules do not apply.

9. Someone should explain Rawls "veil of ignorance" to them |
|
That's where, when you evaluate a society's rules, you don't know ahead of time where you would be positioned within that society.
Under a veil of ignorance, most people couldn't accept a society of a few rich and many poor, because the odds are they would be poor. Same thing for right wing professional women - under a veil of ignorance they ought not to be in favor of traditional sex roles, since odds are that they would not be given the option of working.
Ann Coulter exercises her ignorance in other ways.

I'm saying the exact opposite, it's called making a point with this cute little thing called sarcasm.

Call her on all her bullshit.
Every time she pops up out of the ground like the vampire prairie dog that she is, we need to call her on it.

14. I seem to recall that she thinks... |
|
... women are as a group too emotional to be reliable voters. But I don't remember where/when... maybe an interview on Bill Maher's show some time back. But I might be mis-remembering.
Anyway, it certainly wouldn't be like her to generalize like that. :eyes:
