So now we hear about research finding out that happy people live longer.

Yeah, right, be happy. The whole world is crumbling around me and I am supposed to be happy. And live longer? How, exactly? How am I suppose to pay for food, shelter, clothing, and health care for all that extra years?

No. I am going to be grumpy, anxious. depressed. These are my anxiety and depression. I am working on them and no one is going to take them away from me.
