NPR just said SC unemployment rate is #3 in nation and SC unemployment fund has no $$$.

So the state of South Carolina will borrow the money from the US Treasury to cover this month's unemployment benefit checks. But our Repiglean goobernor, and our two Repiglean Senators, Pretty-boy Graham and Jim-Bob DimWit, say "WE DON'T NEED OR WANT YOUR STINKIN' ECONOMIC STIMULUS MONEY!"

I'd laugh my ass off if it weren't so friggin' sad. God this state is screwed up!
