1. It's all political grandstanding

I suspect that the state legislatures of all the states where the Governors are "turning down" the federal bailout money will override the Govs. alleged desires. Governor Sanford and the others are certainly entitled to their opinions, but to refuse the money when they are fully aware that they will get it anyway is just grandstanding imo.

3. Republican melodrama never ceases to sicken me to the point

of agony. It literally nauseates me. Ford is right about Sanford. The grandstanding is like some kind of mutated peacock display. It's bullshit.
