1. This was an interesting article...
It talked about how some of the condo owners were trying to deal with living in buildings with 90% vacancy rates - as thieves were breaking into other units and stealing sinks and jacuzzi tubs, etc. I never thought about what it's like for the condo owners. For once in my life I am SO relieved to be a renter.

2. A question about the charts:
See where the word "Chicago" is printed? Now, go down just a little. There is a "stripe" of absolutely no REO's running from left to right (actually tilted just a little). What is that about? Just asking.
