Dittohead LOL...Oh, my....you gotta getta a load of this: |
|
So, I caught a little bit of Pigboy today.
A female caller is on and she's been laid off from her job.
She says she wants to go back to Dallas where she worked at a non-profit but has to raise funds first.
Pigboy asks why?
Her response: "They are committed to financial integrity, so they ask staff to raise their own salaries."
And then this gem: "It's one way to know your staff is very committed."
:o :eyes: :wtf: :spank:  :yoiks:
I cannot even fathom the stupid of this one. Then again, at the beginning of her call, she said she'd been listening to him since she was 13 and is now 23....a mind IS a terrible thing to waste, but after a decade of listening to Pigboy's deluded and irrational ranting, maybe she doesn't have a single brain cell left over.
I just had to share this. It's so funny and yet, very sad....

Wow, just like a pimp.
Bet it's not a "librul" non-profit.

5. fits in with a comment I was just making about pig boy |
|
it is beyond me how any sane person can listen to him to begin with. The time or two I've heard a few words by him makes me want to kick his fucking traitorous ass up between his shoulders to where he has to take his shirt off to shit.

Do you know?
Because I cannot even believe what I heard.
If he really said that on his own show, it just proves that his listeners are sheeple.
The "2+2=whatever I say it equals" was bone-chilling. And he sounds completely drugged out, as per usual.

7. okay, pigboy aside though |

In a charitable organization you generally need to be contributing to revenue activity that will at least secure your own compensation, either directly or indirectly. On the funding side that means you need to be earning your own salary from calls and campaigns, and then quite a bit some, or you are a volunteer only organization.
There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, to go a step further, whatever you do as an employee if you aren't earning your "keep" you are not an "asset" to the company. That's reality kids, whether we like it or not.
There's give and take of course - a administrative assistant doesn't really quarterback "earn" anything for the company, but the person she or he works for probably earns enough for their own keep plus several others through their business function, so it gets spread around a little.

11. This woman was told she had to raise $25,000 from independent sources |
|
or she was not welcome to work for the non-profit.
This wasn't some skewed interpretation of her remarks......she was 100% wackadoodle!

8. They would naturally have to raise more than that, wouldn't they? |
|
Or the nonprofit won't make any money to do what it does. And they'd have to raise enough to pay for the office space and supplies, too.
