A public discussion with Senators and interested parties at the wrap up of the economic summit held in DC. And two thumbs up that it doesn't stop at this - there has to be follow up, from the public, the legislatures and the executive.

3. That part was awesome. He said something to the extent that, yes, the majority

needs to ask for input and ideas, but that the minority must contribute real and new ideas and not just try to blow the thing up.

Classic Obama counter-punch that sent that puke onto the mat.

"There is no question that there is some unsettling times in the housing market and credits associated with the housing market," the president said. But he said he didn't see that spreading to the broader economy.

Bush said he was optimistic about the economy. "But I would be pessimistic if I thought Congress was going to get their -- and they're not. We're not going to raise taxes," he added.

The Republicans whine about "bipartisanship", but will not support any of President Obama's suggestions or ideas. He nailed them, in a big way, and with a smile on his face.
