Question on homebuying in the Stimulus Bill

Trying to figure out if my parents would get any assistance from the Stimulus Bill. We are trying to get them into a smaller place, in good shape, in town. For the past 30 years, they've had a place on 3 acres out in the boonies, and it's starting to fall apart. My dad is disabled from a stroke, 89 years old, my mom, 77 has cancer, currently in remission, and a host of other health problems. They are definitely low income--Social Security only. We don't think we're going to be able to get as much out of their place as it will cost to get them into a new place.

The only thing I've been able to find is the $8K credit for first time home buyers. Does anyone have any other info?
