Bill Press to Gov. Pawlenty: Quit whining and show some leadership...Al Franken won! |
This in response to the Governor complaining being short one Senator in Minnesota. Pawlenty's guy is the one holding up the works, fer crying out loud.

1. He is too busy criticizing the stimulus package to worry about seating a Senator. |
He has been on multiple media outlets bashing the stimulus, yet he is going to take all of the money. What a weenie.

3. Aren't Palwenty's 15 Minutes Up Yet? |
I agree with Bill Press, I heard Palwenty give a real lame excuse the other day why he doesn't name someone as the interim Senator, such as Senator Franken. That's how Louisana did it with Mary Landrieu in '96...the election was just as close, just as contested, she was seated provisionally and sure enough she prevailed on the recount. No reason Palwenty shouldn't do the same other than he's being paid off by the RNC.
This dude blew his big moments last year. Now he's too "moderate" for the wingnuts and too associated with the failed booshies for the "reformers". The game of playing the "nice" repugnican just don't work anymore...cause there aren't any real, genuine, honest repugnicans to be found on this planet.
