Poll question: Which of these industries should be nationalized? |
|
As we know, we are spending more on Citibank than it is worth. Are they really too big to fail?
Also, just how much money have these huge insurance companies made off the American workers? Those that work with employers across the country have made gobs of profits off working Americans. Is this the best we can do?
And the auto companies. How much should we give them without claiming ownership?
As we know, the oil companies drained us dry with $4 per gallon gas and then it went down to $1.32 a gal. Now it is going back up and they want to drain us once again. It's a vicious and criminal cycle.
Should any of these industries be taken over by the people, ie, the government?

national elections on the list?
It, effectively, is a form of nationalizing the electoral process.
And, more importantly, removes the dark and cancerous influence of money from the process.
If there was anything I'd want "nationalized" first, it would be our national electoral process.
Then, truly progressive candidates (like Kucinich) can have a much better chance of being elected instead of the money-backed ones.
Nationalize national elections first.
So you don't have to nationalize everything else.

3. All except the auto industry. That's a consumer product. The others are necessities. nt |
