$12 Billion in cash was shipped to Iraq to hand around as appeasement monies to citizens we were bombing, killing and displacing. $9 billion was unaccounted for (as cash can so easily be) and the firm that was accountable for it was a shell firm in San Diego. Big surprise.
Now "walking around money" seems to be government's way of handling corporate welfare.
Can we get some accountability, loans that have to be paid back with interest, contracts that lead to jail time if broken and heads of companies fired for incompetence at the least?!
Can we get some justice in this country?

1. "Can we get some justice in this country?" Not as long as criminals are allowed to get away with |
|
their crimes. And with the focus on "moving forward" - this accountability is not going to happen. Except going forward...
