IMO the Governors that are saying they won't take a portion of the Stimulus
that deals with extended unemployment benefits are basically saying they have no intention of cutting the ranks of the unemployed. This Stimulus is for a two year period of extended benefits. Obama and Democrats have figured that by that amount of time people will be getting back to work and the extended benefits will no longer be needed at the level they are now. Apparently Governors that don't want those extended benefits for fear that after the two years are up they will be stuck with a bunch of deadbeat unemployed. Talk about positive thinking....The whole idea of the Stimulus Plan is to reduce unemployment. What about Stimulus and Job creation don't these Governors understand?
