I have long thought we need a viable third party in this country.
But now, if we had one, it would be the second party.

28. HE represents the southern republicans |
|
one branch of the GOP
The other are are the Hill Repukes...
Both are radicals
The more moderate ones hopefully will drive these idiots to irrelevancy
By the way, too much inside historical baseball, but he reminded me of some Radical Republicans right about at the end of the Civil War, stanton's crew to be exact. The same crew that in the end stopped reconstruction
On the bright side, Jindall (and his faction of the GOP) is quite tone deaf
Channeling hoover, bush and Father coughlin, WOW, just WOW

I was never able to sit through a Bush speech. I physically could not and did not listen for eight solid years. Other than viewing the occasional gaffe clip, I only read them, if that. I hear you on the reaction, though. :)

But hearing that pathetic wannabe-president, I just had to see what my DU comrades were saying.
Do we have to be subjected to this idjit for the next 4 years as he tries to position himself for the 2012 run?

since I'll just be watching them, certainly not voting for either one. But I would agree, McCain is a lot more palatable than either one.
