2. Well....er...there's a Sea Spurge Scourge in Australia

"Members of the Mystery Bay Coastcare group recently made an assault on the Sea Spurge infestation which has been found on the beach near Bogola Head.
Like all noxious invaders, Sea Spurge displaces native plants and becomes the dominant species, in this instance in sand dune areas.

A member of the Euphorbia family, it can be easily identified by its reddish stem and clumping habit."
