Has anyone asked Jindal how many of the folks from the 9th ward have rebuilt their homes?

Has anyone asked Jindal how many of the folks from the 9th ward have rebuilt their homes?
I'd really like to know just how much of the pre-Katrina citizenry has actually come back and completed re-building their homes. How many of the working poor from Nola has been able to get back to what they had before the Hurricane.

3. I think they are pretty much close to the bottom
This Jindal idiot won't be able to answer real questions on his state's economy OR their education levels, because they are so bad.
