4. speaking of bad ties

or maybe it was just the color setting on the teevee I was watching (I'm not at home - we don't do teevee)

I watched the pbs channel here and David Brooks was on with Jim Lehrer and (who else?) man his lips were exactly the same shade of PINK as his tie. It was distracting to say the least.

5. He always looks very very strange to me. He seriously needs to do something

about that 5 o'clock shadow - why the hell didn't he SHAVE before this speech??? And anybody whose lips are paler than their facial skin is just scary.
