She mentioned she was coming out here to DC next week and I thought she was heading to PowerShift. She's not.

Good for your step-daughter.

she goes to school in San Francisco, and has had the whole world open up for her.

3. If she sees the people from Cherry Pond Mountain...
chances are I will be with them. A couple of my friends have been at Cherry Pond Mountain protesting Massey Coal's destruction of the mountain for coal. One of them is staying with us and I'm heading to PowerShift with him. I'm excited about seeing so many of our nation's youth getting involved. You should be very proud of your step-daughter.

6. My daughter just got there last night.
She had to get permission to miss a couple of classes, but both professors said, "Go!"

Seminars, grad school opportunities, job fair, and networking -- what an experience and opportunity!
