Source said that Goss lied in his testimony, that he was not aware about the problems with Foggo when he hired him for executive director. He said that a major fight had broken out between Goss staffer Patrick Murray and then associate deputy director of operations Michael Sulick about the Foggo hiring. "Murray told ADDO/Counterintelligence Mary Margaret that if Dusty's background got out to the press, they would know who to come looking for. Mary Margaret tried to warn them that Dusty Foggo had a problematic counterintelligence file. Sulick defended Mary Margaret. Goss told deputy director of operations Steve] Kappes he had to fire Sulick." After that, Kappes and Sulick quit. "Goss bears major responsibility here," source says. It was finally the "White House tht demanded that Goss fire Dusty and he refused." So they both got fired.

Due to public criticism of the CIA after the attacks of September 11, 2001, and criticism of my office after the prior candidate for the Executive Director's position was withdrawn, it was imperative to me that the selection of the Executive Director position be someone whose personal and professional conduct was beyond reproach. When Mr. Foggo came to speak with me about the Executive Director position in late 2004, I conveyed this requirement to him. I asked him directly whether there was anything I needed to know about his candidacy that would reflect poorly upon the Director's office or upon the CIA. He denied that there was anything. In reliance upon Mr. Foggo's assurances, and upon his having cleared the inter-agency vetting process, I selected him to be my Executive Director in 2004.

Now, then-CIA director Porter Goss's decision to appoint Foggo to the CIA's number three spot had been a highly controversial and contentious one at the Agency. Foggo was well known in Agency ranks for philandering, gambling, a security issue dating to his Vienna days, and for generally being something of a sleaze. Suffice it to say, that senior Agency veterans left as a direct and indirect result of Goss's controversial decision to appoint Foggo to the Executive Director position, among them the top two operational officers who have since returned. And under Goss's hands off management style, Foggo wasn't just some CIA executive or bureaucrat. He effectively ran the CIA day to day. So you can see that when the CIA realized it had a Dusty Foggo problem, this was actually a rather big problem, and in particular it was a problem for Porter Goss.

And indeed, when federal investigators closed in and raided Foggo's CIA officers and home in May 2006, Goss abruptly resigned. A source who was in Goss's office that Friday morning that the White House announced Goss was going to retire said his "retirement" came as a complete surprise to Goss. But Goss's tenure was simply no longer tenable when it was now front page news that Foggo was likely to be indicted in the wider Duke Cunningham corruption affair and the issue of who had the misjudgment to put Foggo in that position was likely to emerge.

So, when the same CIA public affairs people tried to spin journalists when Goss resigned in May 2006 just as federal investigators were preparing to raid Foggo's home and office that Goss' resignation had absolutely, positively nothing to do with Foggo and Goss's ill-advised decision to appoint Foggo to the number three job in the first place, it was so patently absurd and such transparent spin that I was amazed that so many major media repeated it. "Who are you gonna believe, me or your lyin' eyes," kind of extraordinary. In retrospect, they did a real disservice to their readers. Agency officers felt doubly betrayed that Goss was not forced to take public responsibility for the reckless decision to make Foggo Executive Director, one that cost the Agency and this country in terms of the CIA's senior operations officers leaving in droves.

"Porter Goss knew about Foggo's reputation beforehand," one former senior officer who left under Goss's tenure told me yesterday. "Why was he allowed to appoint this guy, and how did he get away with it? Goss had a criminal running the Agency."

Who are these agents with this monstrous agenda and what do they want? This is not a left/right wing thing it is a most vicious entity in this country.

This country has become as fearful as any other 3rd world country when it comes to reporting crime to officials just exactly like in Russia, Iraq, Africa, Mexico, etc... where it is the officials that are the perpetrators of the crimes, kidnapping, ransom, drugs, and it is dangerous to report to them.

PREDATORY EXTORTIONS BY FBI, CIA

Civil case: 2:08-cv-01028-KJD-PAL

I was approached by various state & federal law enforcement agency's under the badge of "Multi-Agency Task Force" which includes FBI, ATF, local vice, undercover, unknown entities, etc.. They wanted me to abet them in entrapping "State and political officials" having Sex so they could extort, control and blackmail them, not to charge them with misdemeanor prostitution. At the same time women at my service were being tricked and trafficked overseas into jails in Bangkok and Vienna, while a madam from Alabama was found hanging in a federal jail cell in nearby Brazoria County, Tx. (Tom Delay’s precinct) while the Waco Davidian’s burned. Local vice and sheriff dept. both apologized, saying they too were being coerced into this corruption that they did not agree with. Illegal wiretapping condoned in the court transcript.

I went to the FBI and after meeting the 3rd time they said they would help me only if I would help them, again, to blackmail officials. They had no interest in the corruption aspect. Some very high profile names were involved and media people.

When I refused to abet in the extortions I was thrown in jail, no bond, a 'Life' sentence filed on me, jury denied, my son and family were harassed in gang-like mafia style.

I did 7 1/2 yrs. in prison, illegally hidden away in State prison 'solitary' under endless torture to include being gassed twice, beat up, put in mud fields of ants, poisoned, etc... My son, age 17, removed from junior college and forced to dig ditches also. Paroled 2003.

Foggo & Palfrey provenly Sextorted U.S. Congressional Armed Forces committeeman Rep. Duke Cunningham to manipulate and profit from the war. This is when U.S. DA Carol Lam was fired.
