5. The US trades with Bush?

My point was the large number of exquisitely evil beings the United States trades with on a regular basis. An example is the Sudan. There is nothing positive to say about the Sudan, and they would be isolated from the world if they didn't grow so many Gum Acacia trees--from which we get Gum Arabic, a liquid of extreme importance. You can't print offset or make sodas without gum arabic. Same deal with Saudi Arabia--if they didn't have a commodity the rest of the world needs, they'd have to join the community of nations. But since they do have so much oil, they can get away with running a regime so harsh the Taliban used it as a model for their own behavior.
