If the media spent one itsy bitsy amount of time "investigating" the last fucking 8 years under Bush...THEN you may have a story. This bullshit of "gotcha" has got to stop. I rather see someone get a job he wasn't qualified for (Oh, the horror of it all) then to have my senator tap dancing in an airport bathroom or wearing diapers for kicks. Give me a break. Oh, and these governors who are going to REFUSE money from the stimulus package, why did they not have a problem supporting billions to go into Iraq while many right here at home are lucky of they can afford a can of soup for supper at night? BTW, seat Franken already! Pisses me right off.

For one, president cheney was keeping two sets of books. They were spending a lot more than included in the "budget"
Secondly, the reason we have to spend more now is to bail out this mess they got us into the last 8 years.
And finally, the governors refusing bail money are bluffing, or just plain stupid. Keep that up, morans. More gains for us in 2010 and 2012.
I hope they keep it up. More speaking tours for Palin, Joe, Cheney, Limpballs, Fratboy, etc. The stupid; it hurts.

5. Freedom of the Press is definitely under attack |
|
The Watergate-era press would have had the Bush administration for lunch based solely on its ENRON connections and schemes,... Frankly, the media is as complicit in the Bush criminality as Bush, himself. But of course, the MSM are now owned and operated by Bush's corporate patrons. Gotta fix that.

6. well, we now fully know what it means to have a few conglomerates own ALL the media. |
|
their job seems to not coincide with that of a journalist. then you end up with 'breaking news' about a house fire in texas, was it? for a national story. but lets not do any reporting about the missing money from iraq. that 125 billion, was it (?), from iraq that went missing that no one seemed to be worried about. but now, when someone is trying to spend money in this country and help the regular people in this country.... now that is just insane!! we can't do that!!!
