Obama couldn't have made this speech without the "surge"... This is the culmination of all the plans put in place by the Bush administration....
These partisans shouldered their way onto the air, pushing their faces in front of the President's saying over and over that none of it is Obama's doing.... none of it can be attributed to the fierce determination of Americans who have been fighting tooth and nail against this conflict from day one. . .
