Jesus..just looked up the number of forclosed homes in my zip code |
|
Edited on Fri Feb-27-09 12:45 PM by rainbow4321
Over 7, I lost count of the dots after that, they were piled on top of each other in some areas. JUST in my zip code alone.... The city itself has 250,000 but it has several zips in it. The map I looked up goes about 2 mile in radius.
On edit: It's in Plano, TX---- for nonlocals: one of the richest counties/cities in North TX..not that ***I*** play any part in that wealth, I just happened to land here 16 years ago.

driving around my old city (San Jose, CA.) and I must have seen 4 homes that were either being foreclosed upon or bank owned within 1 square mile.

18. Going by the "city by city" option is interesting |
|
instead of "sort by zip code": Aubrey, TX: 972 housing structures and **135** foreclosures. Geez.
