Including penalties and interest. Daschle, in fact, figured out he owed the taxes pretty much by himself. The IRS had already accepted his return. Gov. Palin, on the other hand, is still trying to wriggle out of her predicament and get something for nothing while sticking the rest of us with the bill for her tax evasion.
