Obama and socialism

Do those that claim he is practising socialism/communism, do they even know the definition of those terms or are they stuck in the capitalism is great mindset?

"capitalism is great mindset" is a separate question.

...with their faulty definitions.

The problem isn't so much a "capitalism is great" mindset as an extremely narrow definition of it, one that used to be considered radical (i.e., John Birch Society territory).

The way they define "capitalism" and "socialism", we were a socialist nation under Eisenhower.

3. If you call your firehouse

because your house is on fire...you have called a socialist/communist entity...because the government runs it.

4. They don't care about any definitions - they are out to discredit

the President and incite fear among the ignorant. They hate President Obama and what he stands for - decency in government - and they will use any means to discredit him or try to impede his programs.

He seems to be a slightly left of center Democrat to me, but he is a very intelligent honest man, and that scares a lot of people.
