So, is Bank of America next? |
|
I started this post a half dozen times in a variety of different forms: as a poll, a question, a statement, an assertion, a guess.
We all saw what happened to Citi today, although we may have different interpretations of what it meant.
Are B of A and Citi in the same boat?
Do you think one week from today we will be lamenting the wipeout of Bank of America shareholders?
This is just an open question.
My interest in it is simply this: I have been dissuading people I know from buying this stock for months, and some people bought it last week and I was begging them to sell when it popped earlier this week, but they didn't.
I'm hoping I was wrong, but I'm worried B of A will be toast within three weeks.
What say you?

1. I hope not, because the deal with Citi is a joke & wont solve their problems |
|
Doing a similar "deal" with BofA will just further prolong the credit crisis.

|
call in all their loans and send even more of us bottom feeders over the brink? And what happens if we don't pay? Another shit storm of personal debt dealing with bankruptcy?

7. I have a big ass business loan with them |
|
Thank goodness it's on my corporation and not a personal loan. If they call it, they won't get squat because my business is tanking and I really have no assets to seize anyway.

Thanks.
I have no clue what is in store anymore, so your opinions mean a lot.
Thanks.
