Everyone does it.

No, not every person. But every type of person.

And all the famous people. Like Michael Phelps, who just a few months ago was a national hero.

And at least our last three presidents -- plus Reagan!

Some people flaunt it, but they don't go to jail because they're famous. I like both Willie Nelson and Snoop Dog. But both of them sort of carry around a sign that says "I'm carrying pot." They mostly get away with it because they are famous.

I think drug laws are enacted to control. Drug laws are perfect for pre-meditated selective enforcement.
