3. O NOES! THE BEAR ARMZ!
The other thing I recently learned is that we are all very upset that Michelle wears dresses with straps instead of sleeves. Prior to this injection of knowledge I just thought she was a great looking woman. Now I am outraged at her impropriety.

14. Yeah, someone in that thread was carping that he expected a little
more 'modesty' from the First Lady.

What some people find to bitch about is just amazing. I think she looks classy, bare arms and all.

these bathing suits to the beach (for modesty's sake):

Obama in '12! And Obama in '16! And Obama in '20!

8. Put a smile on MY face.
Edited on Sat Feb-28-09 02:43 PM by sammythecat
The more I see her the hotter she gets. That's a good looking woman right there. And just as sharp as her husband. The contrast with the previous pair is stunning. I'm still not used to it.

BTW, I'm not suggesting Laura was ugly or stupid, but her association with, and enabling of, her scumbag husband overwhelmingly negated any hint of attractiveness or intelligence.

11. What an elegant photograph
Our elegant First Lady fits perfectly into the historic surroundings of our White House. And I love the flowers. They're the perfect finishing touch to a fantastic photograph with their dazzling contrast with her pearls and her great smile to the simple black dress. Michelle's beauty is timeless.

Obviously the photographer knows his/her business!

12. I am so jealous of her arms.
My arms wouldn't look that good in a sleeveless dress no matter how many hours I spent in the gym. I have flab that won't die. (The ugly farmer tan on my arms doesn't help any, either.)

17. I know what you mean by "real"
Even though it's posed picture, it's easy to tell that smile is genuine. And absolutely refreshing to see after her predecessors seemingly permanent frozen smile. This is just a great picture.

18. Ah, that makes me happy. In sharp contrast to the Bush years...
... at almost any occasion, the US president is the smartest, most confident, most competent person in the room... until his wife comes in. Some say that's now it was in the Clinton era. Michelle is a great contrast from the First Mannequin we've had these last 8 years.

27. What a stupid comment. In general but also given the fact those "ass comforters" are probably
about 100 years old and have been recycled over and over again by different First families.

22. Michelle is truly beautiful.
I think that every time I see her.

I have to admit to being curious as to what size she is.......for her height (which I'm not sure about either, except in relation to Obama), I'd guess about a 12......
