3. I REALLY don't like the footdragging on the regulatory changes.

Frankly, I don't think this thing is being handled with the people' interest at the forefront. Not at all.

4. I don't like the schtick about needing to figure out what went wrong

so they can "fix" it. Set up a new system of regulations that demands basic good accounting practices, eliminates derivatives and the like, and makes transparency mandatory. Period.
