Yes Lam gets a letter of Commendation from US Customs and Border Protection:

and

Iglesias "had been heralded for his expertise in that area by the Justice Department — which twice selected him to train other federal prosecutors to pursue election crimes."

What other obvious BS reasons for the firings have been debunked by 5 minutes of research????

Is there any doubt at all about this anymore???

4. Remember, GOP incompetents recommended their firing
based on their degree of being "loyal Bushies" as declared in the GOP papers. Party loyalty is all.

5. I had an interesting conversation with my ex-Mother-In-Law
Edited on Fri Mar-30-07 12:15 AM by walldude
today about Iglesias. She thinks that the reason the White House is scrambling and bumbling around trying to cover it's tracks is that they had the election rigged and something went wrong and Iglesias was in a position to uncover what happened. She thinks he was the real target and that they fired others that were causing trouble to cover up the fact that they were after Iglesias, hence killing two birds with one stone. Now had anyone else said this I would point them over to Alex Jones and tell them to join the conspiracy theorists but she worked in Washington for years and knows some of the people involved. She has been right about other things before.

edit for speeling

6. I think they were equally worried about Lam
She was moving on to Brent Wilkes and hookergate and that would have taken out many more GOP Congressmen and exposed some of the fraud that has come about from Defense Contractors.

FBI probes Watergate prostitution allegations

"It's all part of a growing ongoing investigation into corruption in defense and intelligence contracts, which already has sent former Rep. Randy “Duke” Cunningham to prison and, legal sources say, may threaten others in Congress and the CIA. "

THREATEN OTHERS IN CONGRESS AND THE CIA.

No wonder this hearing elicits the 'Sgt. Shultz defense' !
