Reid Should Just Seat Franken Now......
let the Coleman folks and the Repugs in the Senate do whatever they may want. Just ignore them and let Franken take his seat in the Senate. What's the worst that can happen? Oh-maybe the Repugs would obstruct progress. That's what they've been doing anyway. Screw-em!!!!!!

1. Let the Minnesota Supreme Court rule first.

3. Agreed. They will uphold the 3 judge panel ruling and order Franken be certified the winner.
Then Pawlenty will have no choice.

4. I agree, let the State appeal process be completed first...
then seat him as is their right. No one can legitimately say the Democrats short-circuited the process once the Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled on this as it is the LAST step in the appeal process on an issue that is in the purview of STATES rights.

Let normie and his money men continue to appeal this all the way to the USSC after Franken has been sworn in as a result of the decision of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

2. There's precedent for seating him, with a caveat that he could be removed
if there is an adverse court ruling...in fact, they could have done this months ago..if Reid had a spine. The GOP are a bunch of whining children who keep pushing and pushing util they get what they want, and the Dem leadership is enabling them.

5. If Reid had a spine, who would represent the invertebrate caucus?

6. watch this happen again & again , now that the ice has been broken
all they need now is a close election..:puke:

I hope that Al is at least re-imbursed for the senatorial salary he was denied...since Jan.. If it's not possible, HE should SUE ole Normie for damages..in addition to the money it's cost him to defend his victory..
