Waterboarding...Rape..No physical harm so must be okay to do... |
Always wondered why there were laws against Rape, no physical harm so it must be an okay thing for our Law enforcement people to do to a suspect...

1. The morons pimping the supposed "results" obtained from waterboarding |
need to substitute the phrase "chopping fingers off" for waterboarding in order for it to get through their fat, dense heads that torture is torture is torture. Just like the lottery, every once in awhile you'll get the answer you want, but usually the machine says "Sorry."

2. Except their entire Defense is that no Physical Harm occurs |
That is why I substituted Rape. Chopping off fingers causes Physical Harm....They are stuck on the idea that Waterboarding isn't really torture so I suggest to them that Rape isn't really a crime since No Physical Harm was done...Key wording being Physical in both instances..

3. Rape is an act of violence |
Of course there is physical harm and there should be laws against it. Same with waterboarding.

5. We know that but does 45% of the American people? |
We need them to really think about what they are saying and suggesting...If throwing a person against a wall thirty times causes no physical harm and is not considered torture or at the least cruel and unusual punishment then how can anyone say Rape does?

8. I understood perfectly what you meant, the first time. You are right, how could |
rape be a crime if "it's only rough sex" and they will have it willingly eventually. Good comparison IMO.

I think one of the worst ways to die is to drown. Simulating drowning must be pretty fucking awful.

11. Do you think being forced to ingest large volumes of water is not? |
Waterboarding is a form of Rape....Intead of something being forced into a vagina it is forced into a throat and nose..
