So, I'm forclosed (thank every H1-B you see) .. Count 1: Re-establish Lost Note |
|
1. This is an action to re-establish a Promissory Note under sdfsdfsd of the FL statutes. 2. Thunder Rising executed and delivered a note to the original. 3. The original is lost.
So, what's the chances of this turning out to be REALLY cool in the state of FL. I haven't had much good news in 6 months, but this looks promising.
What say you DU ... speak up!

All they know is what the client/referral tells them. Honest. "Lost or destroyed" means they have no clue where it is. Common practice to add Count I when the Note doesn't come with the referral.

4. Is one of the megafirms filing the suit? Florida Default or David Stern? |
|
I might actually be able to help you here, as I did this for a decade in Florida.
