I don't know what happened in prison to the Gaffney killer, |
|
but something must have. Either that or he was hopped up on drugs or had a break. He had a long criminal record. It was basically forgery, driving with a revoked license, etc. Then he went on a B&E, Larceny spree. In 2001, 10 counts were combined, and he got 10 years. He was paroled on 4/29.
Then he goes to Gaffney and becomes a spree killer. Something went missing.

2. Our prisons create career criminals. |
|
Not that this man wasn't destined to be a sociopath, but our prison systems do not rehabilitate, they create career criminals who often escalate after each trip to jail.
