MY opinion of Michael

Oh, who the "f" cares what my opinion is? I don't. I never followed his career. A couple of songs were catchy. Anyway, i've heard many opinions about his life recently. From the moralists view, i.e. faux nuts, they are tripping all over themselves foaming at the mouth with vileness toward Michael Jackson. And all the commentary is frosted with racism. They want me to understand that because Michael bleached his skin, therefore, he desired "whiteness". Should my logic go from his use of skin whitener to a definitive desire to be a white guy? Or the facial surgery makes him automatically a freak. Does that mean everyone I know who has used a whitening toothpaste is a freak?

Why are O'reilly and Hannity and the rest of the poo-hurlers going after Michael Jackson worse than Osama? They've even questioned the sanity of all the people who would attend or watch the memorial service.

What is their purpose in beheading an already dead guy?

And then there is Bruce Springsteen, who never stopped writing, and recording, and touring, and working for political candidates, and giving a whole lot to charities, and staying very quiet and living a normal life, raising three great kids with his wife, who's also quite the artist.

But, Springsteen never had to fashion himself "The King Of Pop," as Jackson did. Bruce just gets out there and does it.

Imagine what the response would have been like if the Internet(s) tubes were alive when Elvis died? Or when John Lennon was killed? The reactions were world-wide even without this brilliant technology, and one can only imagine..............................
