Ranking Republican Kit Bond on the Senate Intelligence committee a bad example for intelligence

I suspect he is barely sharp enough to shine President Obama's shoes:

The ranking Republican on the Senate Intelligence Committee described President Barack Obama's trip to Russia -- during which the president negotiated a new arms-reduction agreement -- as a "manure pile" to journalists during a conference call.
Sen. Kit Bond (R-MO) told reporters that the president hadn't addressed any of the pressing issues between the United States and Russia, and that the arms-reduction agreement amounted to very little because Russia would be giving up aging weapons they cannot afford to replace.
