I bet some Mathematics smart person could do a mathematical proof to show this less than perfect choice in policy by our kind hosts / Overlords at DU is divisive.

There are splits at DU between between the Corporatist/Globalist/DLC and the grassroots that want to live safe, comfortable, and hopeful lives where their children will have a better future. The statistical change over time in annual income, wealth accumulation, and the hows and whys of immigration tell much about the history of the USA and modern industrial western countries in general.

Nothing wrong with disagreement. Some people call it "division". They must be the ones who think that everyone in a certain group must fall into lockstep with each other or else the entire group will be fractured and divided.
