I see this unrecommend button becoming addictive. Wadda you think?
It looks like I am playing a turn based MMO. Each time I click unrecommend I feel like I have looted an enemy base.

4. what about an Unkick option?
If you unkick a post, it goes to the end of the line, till somebody kicks it back up. I realize this would make the poor posts quite dizzy and nauseous, going up and down so much -- so it's probably not practical.

5. If the admins took a look at those who haven't been able to resist using Unrec for fun...
we'd lose a lot of formerly valuable disruptors... er posters from DU.

Any way I see it, it's not been in vain.
