As far as troll posts, maybe -50 would be a good point to consider the usefulness of a thread, though it would only act like an "alert" and mods would have to decide from there.

There are many forms of censorship. One is allowing a group of people to keep a post from being displayed as prominently as others.

You don't have to delete someone's post for it to be censorship. You just have to make it less likely that the post will be seen by others. Hell, Sonoma State U has an entire program called Project Censored about just such action.
