Ensign’s colleagues have taken a markedly different approach to Ensign this week than they did when he acknowledged the affair with former aide Cindy Hampton last month. His GOP colleagues at that time rallied around Ensign and fended off talk of his resignation.

1. I still want someone to investigate if the "fellowship" tax exempt $ was used to payoff
this affair. Why should this group have tax exempt status when it's involved in politics?

3. Hey Mom
they are christians and conservatives and this is a christian nation and republicans have values and they maintain the sanctity of marriage against evil gays and they are forgiven regardless of what they do. I think I listen to way too much right wing radio. Have a great weekend.

2. I'm looking forward to
"more information" being made public about any other holier then thou hypocrite member of the party of responsibility. I don't care which one, anyone will do. I think we'll have at least one more "revelation" this summer.

5. They're disgusted that he offered too much
Inept bargaining with a spurned mistress is considered a sin in the GOP.
