2. I remember watching this scene, |

and dying laughing.
How many people have had that exact same experience?

At first he thinks it's cool that there's this site dedicated to him, but then he makes the mistake of engaging them, LOL!!!
Lets see...
1) Telling him that he ought to read his own job description = Snarky. DU - Check.
2) The Egyptian sanskrit reference = easily offended. DU - Check.
3) "It's Lord of the Flies in there!"
4) Dictatorial leader in a moo moo, chain smoking Parliments...
Does Skinner smoke?
:hide::scared::hide:

5. Which experience? Being maligned online |
|
or having a motherboard shoved up the ass?
That video was the perfect way to kick off Friday Happy Hour!

3. I still LOVE that show and remember that scene very vividly... |
|
to be honest, though, I thought he was referencing the freeper sites but who knows! Thanks for the delightful reminder and break from "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"!

7. I'm probably the only Democrat who never saw an episode of that. |
|
If it doesn't have a puck or a ball in motion, or doesn't talk about science, odds are I missed it. :)

If you like politics, you'll like the West Wing.

10. I have a hard time with shows that have a continuing storyline. |

I'm bipolar so I have no consistency in much of anything, and trying to follow a show from week to week is just impossible for me. I may be in a television mood one week and then have zero interest the next. I know I could Tivo it or something, but I just don't get into tv enough to do that (I don't even have cable anymore, and watch all my sports online). I do love Martin Sheen, and I'm sure the show is good, so maybe one day I'll sit down and watch the DVDs (I'm assuming they're on DVD by now). I'd have to watch them all in a day or two though or all is lost. :)

11. Complete Series Here: |
|
Link: http://www.amazon.com/West-Wing-Complete-Collection/dp/B000HC2LI0A tad steep, but every now and again Bravo Channel will have a West Wing Marathon for free. :hi:

12. That's well out of my price range. |
|
I do have a buddy who buys everything on DVD like I do with music. I'll have to ask if he has it.
And Bravo is one of the few things I miss about cable. Inside the Actor's Studio is awesome.

It gets a little more spotty after that, but still pretty good.

15. That's pretty much where my TV watching is nowadays |
|
In the first three years of West Wing, I sat down every Wednesday at 9. There isn't any show that I do that with anymore. DVDs are a good idea because you can gorge on them and then put it down for a while.
