I doubt if I'd be first in line for one, but I might be a reasonably early adopter depending on what it provided and what the other effects were.
I probably wouldn't for immunity (I get sick very rarely and am more at risk of injuring myself doing something stupid - a chip that gave immunity to, say, compound fractures could be fun when I'm feeling adventurous) or entertainment (since I'm simply not interested in most of the popular stuff).
On the other hand, I keep less-than-half-jokingly saying that I'd like a direct brain-to-Photoshop or brain-to-Blender interface.
