Joe Jackson is poisoning the LAPD investigation |
|
Edited on Sun Jul-12-09 01:17 AM by RandySF
I don't think Joe Jackson realizes that, by insisting that his son died as a result of foul play, he is poisoning the LAPD's investigation. If the cause is ruled an accidental death, the usual political ambulance chasers (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, etc) will say that LAPD did not try hard enough to find true cause of death, or worse. Jackson has every right to say what he chooses, but I hope he is more cautious, given the people around him.

2. I think most people would be embarrassed to take Joe Jackson as a source for anything. |

3. Could be JJ has motivations other than the truth. |

In his delusional mind, he hopes one day, to get control over the estate and the guardianship of the kids. (I don't see how: the Will seems ironclad.)
And he's hoping to set up a civil lawsuit which will include Los Angeles and California as well as any physician or employee who worked for his son for the past two decades. Foul play to me sounds like finding blame that can be cashed in later.

4. My guess is that . . . |

This has something to do with an insurance policy. I'd bet the life insurance policy on MJ has an exclusion -for suicide or death caused by illicit drug use -- and JJ wants to guarantee that he can collect.

5. This could be a known behavior pattern developing. |

If this is a homicide. Joe is suspect number one. Joe may be trying to get involved with and steer the investigation (away from him) as some killers try to do.
