We really need a Hall-of Fame Forum

When a certain # of recs is reached, there ought to be a place where they can reside permanently and be readily available to locate. And the forum ought to sorted by largest number.

On edit, maybe a Hall of Shame, too. So we can showcase idiotic posts that the community disagrees with.
