Report: Suspect in custody in Fla. couple slaying

PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities in the Florida Panhandle say they have someone in custody in the slayings of a Florida couple known for their large family of adopted children.

4. Oh, they're on video
It was the van that got 'em, though. I saw the sheriff say they'd contacted the owner of the van, who directed them to the guys who were referred to "persons of interest" yesterday. Apparently, they're suspects today.

the couple had an extensive surveillance system in the house that recorded three apparently experienced criminals who drove off in a red van

6. The guy was charged with tampering with evidence
attempting to change the color of the van. Looks like this is one sordid mess.

7. cnn - the guy in custody isn't the killer
he's charged with tampering w/evidence (the van).

the sheriff said this is a multi-faceted case. a humdinger i think he said.
